1drying/curingthisisakindofinkthatcandryveryfastphysically.Itcanbedriedat20℃for10-15minutes.Foroverprint,itcanbedriedinatunneldryerat50℃for60seconds.Generally,wheninkisusedforoverprint,thedryingtimeshouldbeextended.Thedryingtimealsodependsonthesubstrate,inkfilmthickness,dryingconditionsandtheauxiliaryagentused.
2.ColorfadingresistancethepigmentusedinPPseriesinkhasstrongcolorfadingresistance.Ifmixedwithgoldprintingadhesivepp902andothercolorinks(especiallywhiteink),thefadingresistanceandwinderosionresistanceofmostoriginalPPinkswillbeweakened.Iftheprintinginkfilmbecomesthinner,thefadingresistanceofPPinkwillalsobeweakened.ThepigmentusedinPPinkhasthecharacteristicsofsolventresistanceandplasticizerresistance.
3compressionintheappropriatecompletelydry,inkfilmsurfaceisverygoodresistance,flexibility(thisisthemostimportantforthesesubstrates).Theinkisalsoresistantto50%alcoholsolution.PPinkcanreachfinalhardeningafter2-3days,butitsfillerresistanceisveryweak.Forthiskindofuse,youcanrefertomalebotwo-componentinkPu,py,andthesubstrateforappropriatepretreatment.
