TPU series Malabo pad printing UV ink features:
Drying in physical drying (solvent evaporation) at the same time, the actual hardening of ink film is caused by the chemical cross-linking reaction between ink and hardener. Higher temperature can accelerate the chemical crosslinking reaction. In rapid printing, the ink film should be printed before it is fully cured. If it is dried at room temperature, overprint should be carried out within 48 hours (when using hardener TPH1) or 8 hours (when using hardener TPH2) after the previous printing. The use of ink and curing temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃, otherwise it will lead to irreversible damage. At the same time, due to the hardener sensitive to humidity, in a few hours after printing should avoid high humidity.
2. Color fading resistance TPU series inks only use pigments with strong color fading resistance. When mixed with printing varnish or other color inks (especially white inks), their color fading resistance and wind erosion resistance will be weakened to varying degrees due to different mixing proportion. If the thickness of the printing ink layer becomes thinner, its fading resistance will also be weakened. For outdoor use, hardener TPH1 must be used. The pigment used in TPU ink has the characteristics of solvent resistance and plasticization resistance.
3 compression resistance after proper and complete drying, the ink film has good adhesion, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and adhesion resistance, and is resistant to a large number of chemicals, oils, fats and solvents. But its glass printing does not have washability (in this case, it is recommended to use malabao special glass ink GL).

TPU series is especially suitable for treated PE and PP printing, as well as PU, PA (polyamide), melamine resin, phenolic resin, metal, anodized aluminum, coated surface, powder plated surface, wood and glass printing (please note that glass printing should only be used for decoration, because this ink is not washable). If it is used in POM printing, such as Hostaform C or Delrin, good adhesion can be obtained by drying (300-400 ℃, 3-4 seconds). Due to the different printability of the above substrates, even the same material should be tested for its printability to meet the specific requirements.
