TPRseriesMalabopadprintinginkfeatures:
1dryingphysicaldryingveryfast,20℃for90seconds;ifusedforoverprint,thenuseat30℃dryingfor15seconds.AddinghardenerTPH1orTPH2willprolongthedryingtime.
Thetimealsodependsonsubstrate,plateetchingdepth,dryingconditionsandauxiliaryagent.
2faderesistanceTPRseriesinksonlyusepigmentswithstrongfaderesistance.Whenmixedwithprintingvarnishorothercolorinks(especiallywhiteinks),theircolorfadingresistanceandwinderosionresistancewillbeweakenedtovaryingdegreesduetodifferentmixingproportion.Ifthethicknessoftheprintinginklayerbecomesthinner,itsfadingresistancewillalsobeweakened.
ThepigmentusedinTPRinkhasthecharacteristicsofsolventresistanceandplasticizerresistance.

Duetothedifferentprintabilityoftheabovesubstrates,eventhesamematerialshouldbetestedforprintabilityinspecificapplication.TPRhasgoodglossandfastdrying,especiallysuitableforhighqualityproductssuchascosmeticpackaging,shellandotherproductsrequiringhighdurability.
