German malibao SR series screen printing pad printing ink, fast drying, good gloss, strong shading, resistant to gasoline, wind erosion, suitable for mold making and fuel injection.
Germany Malabo SR series screen printing ink, specially designed for dry printing of hard self-adhesive, ABS, SanAcrylic fiber, PC, pretreated PET film and paperboard.If hardener H1 is added, it is used for printing thermoplastic (such as melamine resin)Thin anodized aluminum and treated POM or paint substrate can also obtain good adhesion.

(1) Drying
Ink that dries very fast physically.
Drying at 20 ℃ for 5-10 minutes can be used for overprint.
It can be dried in a tunnel dryer at 50 ℃ for 20-30 seconds.
If the dryer with high efficiency and ventilation capacity is used, the temperature can be reduced to 40 ℃ to reduce the damage to the workpiece.
(2) Fading resistance
In addition to sr520536568823 and 839, SR series inks contain pigments with fade resistance.
For long-term outdoor use, it is generally recommended to coat the whole surface with printing varnish sr911.
The pigment used in SR ink is solvent and plasticizer resistant.
(3) Compression resistance
In the correct and thorough drying, ink film showed good adhesion, scratch resistance and anti adhesion.
SR ink has good resistance to gasoline (except SR170).
SR170 shade white is not suitable for mold making due to high pigment accumulation (sr070 or sr270 white is recommended).
SR ink with hardener can achieve the highest chemical resistance and mechanical resistance.
SR ink drying process temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to the ink film.
